FC Mobile 27 Hardware Compatibility Issue on OPPO A5x CPH2725

Hello EA Support,

I am having a hardware compatibility issue with FC Mobile 27 on my OPPO A5x.

Device: OPPO A5x

Model: CPH2725

Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1

GPU: Adreno 610

RAM: 4GB (+2GB RAM Expansion)

OS: Android 16 / ColorOS 16.0.5

When I launch FC Mobile, I receive this message:

“Sorry, your hardware specs are too low to run the game. Please try again using a more recent mobile device.”

I have already restarted the phone and cleared the game's cache, but the same message still appears.

According to the current FC Mobile system requirements, Adreno 610 is not listed among the specifically unsupported GPUs.

Could you please check whether OPPO A5x CPH2725 has been intentionally removed from the supported-device list, or whether this is a device compatibility detection/whitelist issue?

If possible, please confirm whether there is an official solution that would allow FC Mobile 27 to run on this device.

I have attached a screenshot of the error.
