FC Points purchased via Steam — never delivered

Never came to a conclusion. after i stated 

"Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a digital service is not provided at all, you are entitled to a refund. This is not "buyer's remorse" — you paid for something that was never delivered. EA's "final sale" clause for virtual currency doesn't apply when the currency was never credited" they ended the chat.

    Have you spoken to Steam support about your purchase NeonTM2007​  we would have no overview of their store or purchases there.

    I sent a thing to them havent heard anything back, but on steam when i go to the fc point order, it says that they cant give me a refund of ea in game purchases, Ill let u know if they get back to me anytime soon

    I contacted steam, they told me to load in through the ea app, i tried that still no points. so now im being sent back to contact you guys.
