FC27 - Disconnected from the server

Hi.

Since pre-ordering the game, I've been disconnected from about 1 in 10 matches. Since yesterday, it has become much more frequent across Live Events, Squad Battles, Rush, and Offline Draft. These disconnects are being treated as intentional. I'm receiving reduced coin rewards, and my Squad Battles matches are being counted as losses, which costs me progress toward better rewards.

My connection is NOT the cause:

  • I'm on a wired Ethernet connection.
  • Ping tests to my router in Command Prompt show no packet loss.
  • The EA Connection Quality Report shows normal results.
  • This ONLY happens in FC27 and previously FC26, my other games works perfectly fine.

Since this affects multiple modes, including Offline Draft, it appears to be a server-side or game issue rather than a problem on my end. Please investigate, and restore the coins and Squad Battles results lost to these disconnects.

    I got disconnected when I'm afk in the menus. I tried to go back in and got another error message "EA servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later"

    After doing some digging, i found that you could go to this link: https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/missing-content-tool/ to refund my tokens and it worked. But I still need a solution to fix the constant disconnection. Otherwise, Squad Battles, Rivals and Champs would literally be unplayable for me. Or any Live Events.

    I only played 2 games of offline draft today. I disconnected on the second game.

    I do not want to waste my time playing if I'm going to get disconnected halfway or after i complete the game. Its frustrating. If you guys cant fix it, I'd like a full refund.
