Fc27 menu crash PS5

I have the game on ps5. When in ultimate team I’m experiencing some menu crashes. Where I have to fully close the game and re load for it to work. Wrong! Soon as I’m back into ultimate team menus the same thing happens a few moments later. Iv reinstalled, clear cache on my ps5. Signed fully out of my account and relogged in nothing seems to be working. Anyone able to help me please. As this moment in time Iv spent £80 on a game for it to be menu crash sim.

    Are you with Sky wifi? I heard that’s why because I am the same.

    Same issues and im with sky Internet. Unplayable unfortunately fc 26 was the same towards to back end of it. Been waiting for a fix for months...

    I have changed the DNS on PS5 and it’s seems to have fix it. First DNS needs to be 1.1.1.1 and secondary 1.0.0.1

    I tired this, unfortunately doesn't make a difference.
