FUT Champions 3-0 Win Not Awarded After Opponent Quit

Hi EA Support,

I was playing FUT Champions and was winning 3–0 when my opponent left the match. However, I was not awarded the win, and the game did not count towards my Champions record. Instead, it said the opponent forfeited for a second then kicked me out to the ultimate team home page. I can attach video proof of the incident if you’d like.

This has affected my Weekend League results.

Game mode: FUT Champions
Score when opponent left: 3–0
Date and time: 9:29 AM UK Time today (17th of October 2026)
Platform: PS5

Could you please investigate the match and award me the win?

Thank you.
