Fut online matches keep crashing

I am unable to play a full match in fut because every time I play one, the game just freezes and kicks me to the main menu, I’ve talked to EA support about four times done everything they’ve told me and it’s still happening. This is completely unacceptable and even worse they say there’s no direct contact with a manager. So now I’m here trying this. I’ve done everything from resetting my PlayStation, restoring the licenses, clearing my cache, changing the DNS settings, and more and is it still happening. I am extremely upset.

    i have the same issue. The game keeps crashing straight to the PS5 dashboard with an error report prompt (not a connection drop). It started randomly in Division Rivals, but during FUT Champions it crashed in 5–6 out of 15 matches, completely ruining my record. It often happens when pausing to make a substitution, or even when the opponent pauses to quit.

    Even the developers doesnt know how to fix this. Probably high when they were making the game. Its the same issue.. fc 26,27 both are the **bleep** games i ever played. Been playing this since 2009 but this **bleep** just keeps getting worse mow
