Future Stars Academy chain permanently blocked after Evo Undo

So I messed up and used Remove Last Evolution on step 1 of my Future Stars Academy player, thinking it would just undo the stat changes on that card. Turns out it also burns the whole chain for your account - you can’t start it over on a different player either. Contacted support about it and they confirmed that’s how it works.

Thing is, nowhere does it actually say that before you hit confirm. The popup in game just says it removes the upgrade from that player, nothing about losing the whole evolution permanently. Same with their evolutions help article, it only talks about losing progress on the card itself.

Kind of annoying because there’s a bunch of objectives right now that need an FSA player in your squad to get the rewards, and I can’t do any of them anymore since I can’t make a new one. Window closes on the 16th too so not much time left even if something changes.

Talked to support twice already, got the same canned answer both times and both cases ended up marked as no fix available. Figured I’d post here in case anyone else ran into the same thing or a mod can actually look into it.
