Haven't been able to log into ultimate team the last 3 days.

Hi EA, I have been trying to log into UT the last couple days and each time before the game launches, a notification of "EA Servers are unavailable right now..." pops up. I have tried troubleshooting the issue with every suggestion from ea.com/unable-to-connect and still no luck. I have also spoken to two EA Advisors about this and we are unable to resolve the issue. I paid for this game to only play UT so it'd be amazing if I could log in... or get a refund at least.

    Hey baileythehef​,

    Please try deleting your active squad in the Companion app or the Web app, set up a new empty squad as your active one, then return to your platform and try accessing UT again. Sometimes refreshing the squad data resolves these kinds of errors.

    It might also help to delete the corrupted file by following this guide and then restart the game.

    If this error persists for you afterward, please also try connecting to your platform using a different connection; it might help isolate the problem.
