High ping to EU servers

Hello.
Recently, while playing the game, my ping—which used to be 14–17 ms for the Warsaw servers (I’m playing from Kyiv)—has gone up to 35–40 ms, with spikes as high as 60+ ms.
I’m connected via Ethernet, both from my PS5 and my PC.
The issue only occurs with EA SPORTS FC 27.

We’ve already checked everything possible with my internet service provider; they’re asking me to run a traceroute to your servers to verify the route’s optimality, but this information isn’t available anywhere.
Please help by providing some test or regular IP addresses in the EU region so they can run diagnostics and, possibly, use ping to monitor connection quality.
