Kick Off Name not appearing.

Kick-Off Name is not showing even though I'm signed into my EA account. It only shows "Player1" vs "Player2", making it impossible to track a results. The Kick Off Names used to show and track our results since FC25, but since I got FC27 it doesn't show.
