Lost Player in SBC due to Glitch. EA Support totally unhelpful

I submitted a bronze into a new points based SBC and was booted from ultimate team when I went back in my 89 Pajor was gone. Since then I have reached out to EA Support which has been some of the worst experiences of my life. I've dealt with several 'support agents' lying, contradicting themselves and others. And anytime I call them out on this they leave the chat. They are all sticking strong to the fact that it is impossible for me to get either my original Pajor back nor a new one, and that EA have never given cards or player items to peoples accounts, This seems factually incorrect as footballers get gifted icons, and in previous years Pro 99 rated cards.
