My market was banned and I have been appealing it since. I’m currently on my fifth appeal and sent a data subject request alongside the appeal and haven’t heard back for the last 3 days. Previously my request have been decided in some hours. Is this normal?

I understand why you’re concerned. Although your previous appeals were reviewed much more quickly, three days of waiting does not necessarily mean there’s a problem. Please allow the dedicated team some more time to complete their review.
The Forums team doesn’t have access to your account details or the evidence used in these reviews. Each appeal is handled by the ToS team, and if their review upholds the action, it means the team found information supporting enforcement.
