My 100 gallery token

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue that occurred while I was in the Gallery Token Store.

My game suddenly froze, forcing me to restart it. Upon re-entering the game, I noticed that 100 of my tokens were deducted, and the Serie A Kit Pack was purchased without my confirmation or intention.

I did not intend to purchase this pack; it was processed automatically due to the game freezing and crashing. Could you please investigate this issue and refund/restore my 100 tokens?
