EAFC 27 lagging and stuttering (unplayeble) :(

EA SPORTS FC 26 / FC 27 Issue:
For the past three months, I have been experiencing severe slow-motion gameplay and stuttering in EA SPORTS FC 27. I previously experienced the same issue in FC 26. The problem occurs in all online modes and only starts after connecting to the game servers.
My EA Connection Quality Report shows excellent connection quality, but online matches still feel extremely slow and unresponsive. I have tried numerous settings and troubleshooting methods, but none of them have resolved the issue.
I would like to determine whether this problem is caused by EA's game servers, network routing, or another issue affecting online gameplay on PC. I would appreciate any confirmed solutions or information about similar cases.
