Performance Issue Detected

Everytime I start I live game in ultimate ON nintendo switch, get this message and my kit is always a Standard white kit with everyplayer having 42 as his number. When I play against a team in whit its impossible  to know which players  are mine. My default  kit is actually  Richmond  red and blue.
