Reoccurring issue

The stupid sliders, EA, why do I have to constantly go back to my settings to change my sliders to how I want them?  Why can't they just stay as they are instead of me having to go back and put them back as they are supposed to be after I moved them?  Not only the sliders but the settings in general.  Not only in the settings is there a problem, but in a the warm-ups/set pieces there's the "In-game set pieces" option that you can choose, I used like to choose it because it's fun, I get to get my free kicks in without repercussions, fun.  No it's not.  Not when I'm constantly having to restart my game because the camera freezes/gets stuck to a the pov of a penalty.  When I take the penalty, my camera zooms in a bit then is permanently stuck to that FOV for the rest of the training/warm-up session.  I can't even go to 'retry' hoping it resets my camera because it's still stuck.  Those were just two different reoccurring issues from the past few games, including this one, which should've been fixed by now but there's no way to actually talk to an EA partner except report it online like it's a reddit post.
