The issues between Sky and EA but the companys dont fix it why is this still a thing its a new year expect it to be fixed

EA_Darko you guys really need to investigate this and give the community an update. Burying your heads in the sand when this issue has been reported since the start of 2026 and now overlapping into a sec9nd game title.
There is no issues with any other game and Sky Broadband - just FC.
Are we supposed to just sit here and not play a game we've spent £100, or in some cases more on? It's an absolute disgrace that nobody is looking into this.
I'll also say, in before the usual "troubleshooting" spiel. I for one, and I dare say most of the guys on here have tried all of that.
I suggest you or another member of the team here chase this up and keep us in the loop or i can see a lot of refund requests heading EA's way.
