Squad battle reward fail

Dear EA,

i just put a lot of hours of work into Squad Battles. I should be able to get my reward At 9 o’clock. However this never happened. How is this possible? How can you explain this?
why should I play Ultimate Team, if the reward has a bug and the system does not distributes to me?

I am looking for your answer and resolution of the bug.
