Stutter / speed up lag after 1.02 update

I also see and personaly have freezing issues when opening a pack in FUT so there is definitely something really wrong with the game. If i can gues, there must be a visual bugg. Sinds my screen started flikkering, the crashes started happening. Sinds then my ps5 makes a weard noise that it only makes when launching FC 27

EA_Hux​ For me it didnt start happening with the recent update, it was also happening before and its also happening offline and not only online. DxDiag is attached. You might want to combine this thread with this one here. I dont think people are talking about different issues. People also already provided their DxDiag there.

How about consol players? I have all the logs and time stamps from when the freeze happend. I still haven't had any one on one conversation with someone that can look into my account after 4 days

In order to help our teams investigate and if you exhausted all connectivity troubleshooting steps, could you please share your DX Diag?

Here is how to attach a DX Diag:

1. Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
2. Type "DxDiag" in the window that appears, then click on "Save All Information" and save the file wherever you prefer.
3. Then, to attach the .txt file to your message, simply click on "Attachment."

Could you also share an estimated timestamp (incl timezone) as well.

The game is hard to even play in its current state on PC. It was fine before the most recent update but now I’m stuttering all over the place. I even got a message at the end of the game saying performance issues detected which I’ve never seen before. How does this stuff happen?

Product: EA SPORTS FC 27

Platform: PC (EA App)

Mode: Ultimate Team – Rush, The Grounds, Live Objectives

Frequency: Often (50%–99%)

Date first observed: (preencha, ex.: 09/2026)

Issue description:

The game frequently freezes during Rush matches (especially at the end when rewards should be granted), inside The Grounds hub, and while completing some Live Objectives. When it freezes, I cannot claim rewards and must force-quit the game. Squad Battles does not freeze.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch EA FC 27 on PC.

2. Enter Ultimate Team.

3. Play a Rush match or enter The Grounds.

4. Complete a Live Objective or finish a Rush match.

5. Game freezes when trying to receive rewards or during certain objectives.

Expected behavior:

Matches and objectives should complete normally and rewards should be granted without freezing.

Actual behavior:

Game freezes/hangs, requiring force close. Rewards are not received.

PC specifications:

- Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M Aorus Elite

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X

- GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB

- PSU: Corsair GS700 – 700 W

- RAM: 32 GB DDR5-6000 CL30 (XPG Lancer RGB)

- Storage: Kingston NV3 1 TB (system) + Netac NVMe 2 TB (games)

- Monitor: Dell S3422DWG – 34", 3440×1440, 144 Hz

- OS: Windows  11 (EA App)

Troubleshooting already performed:

- Reinstalled EA App and game.

- Performed clean install of GPU drivers (DDU + latest NVIDIA driver).

- Verified game files.

- Updated Windows and motherboard chipset drivers.

- Tested with default in-game graphics settings.

- Issue persists across multiple sessions and after patches.

Additional info:

- Squad Battles does not freeze.

- Freezes occur mainly in Rush (end of match / rewards), The Grounds, and some Live Objectives.

- This is preventing me from earning and claiming rewards consistently.

I have already followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps. At this point, is the game so poorly optimized that a PC with these specifications cannot run it properly?

Yeah already made one, hopefully someone will respond this time to find out what the issue is because it's even freezing when i open a pack 😅 

Hello. There's no way for us to refresh or sync your account. It's automatically synced every time you load into the game.

Please start a new thread since what you're needing help with is off-topic from this one.

I also like to mention that it also happens when i open a pack on FUT, maybe also good to know. Don't see anyone talking about it 

That's understandable but the problem isn't on our side, that's the main point! We are doing everything we can to find a way and if that's the case, there isn't anything we can do. It shouldn't be like this anyway, we shouldn't do all of this to just be able to play when all other games work perfectly fine. Maybe it's not easy on EA's site, but that's something that should have been tested and taken care of before launching the game. It's littely unplayable at this point
