Unable to Claim Objective Group Reward

I completed all of the objectives within the "Chasing Greatness" Foundations objective, and was able to claim the individual rewards, but in the process of claiming the last individual reward in the group, I was signed out of FUT and kicked back to the main EAFC menu. When I signed back on, the group reward was no longer redeemable (no yellow present icon), despite all individual rewards showing up as completed and claimed.
