Unable to connect EA, tried everything

Hi, I can log in to my FC 27 Ultimate Team through the Companion app, but I cannot connect to EA servers on my PS5. Fortnite works online. I have restarted and updated the game, cleared the PS5 cache, changed DNS and tried a mobile hotspot. Could you check my account and the connection to my PlayStation account?

ive literally tried everything, also tried the contact butten at ea help desk. I just want to play so if somebody could help 🙏🏽
