Unable-to-connect for Ultimate Team

Hi EA team,

I receive the error message to visit "ea.com/unable-to-connect" that my account is unable toconnect to EA server. I cannot play the Ultimate Team mode now.

Mine is Steam PC.

Please help to investigate and fix it.
