Unable to connect to servers, will there be a compensation?

Hello EA. Since a lot of people in Eastern Europe still can't connect to your servers since the early launch, will there be any compensation since we paid premium to play the game early but you haven't made that possible for us? I am hoping this is a problem you didn't expect, otherwise it would seem that the early access was a false advertisement of your product which I now in some countries is punishable by law. On the same topic you have daily login rewards in ultimate team, but since we can't login what happens to those rewards. This puts competitive players from my region at an unfair disadvantage compared to people from other regions and leading to the launch of the game, some of the EA employees spoke how important for you is to have an even playing field for all players. Clearly nerfing SBCs seemed more important to you than fixing the servers in tackling that problem. This just once again leads to the disappointment of the community and the lose of our trust in you. I am writing this in hope that you can work on fixing the servers issue in the near future and thus start to fix the broken relationship between the community and you. Or maybe we should just all go back to playing eFootball again like a lot of us did last year when you patched the game for a 100th time...
