Bug about Concept players missing + other bugs/ happens on PC

I have discovered a few bugs that have been affecting the experience on FUT. I reported these 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and still persist. 

1. When searching for concept players, no matter the filter, the list is short and not the whole thing. stops at a few pages, and tells me no other pages to scroll to. Sometimes showing a few handful of players then nothing, makes the experience of searching for players bad.

2. when using the squad management, players changes dont save, bench dont save, and the instructions tab bugs and everything gets assigned to one player, like 1 player marking all corner defense positions, which should be impossible.

3. When one dual monitor, even though the game is what the main focus is on, when going into menus and team management in mid match, the substitute screen doesnt pop up, and have to click other screen and click back the FC window for it to work and open.

4. On pc, when I play rivals or futchamps, sometimes I only get matched to people with latency of 48ms, even though my server singapore, I always get 8ms, and have to restart the game a few times until it fixes and match with people around me again.
