“Finished Hero Trial more than 10 times, Nightmare match not unlocked

Hello EA Team,

I have completed the Hero Trial more than 10 times (I have 12 achievements completed), but the Nightmare match has not unlocked for me.

I restarted the game and re-entered the event several times, but it still doesn’t appear.

Please check my account or confirm if this is a known bug in FC Mobile 26 Heroes event.
