“Not Defined” bug in FC Mobile

hello, EA support. I have been getting a “not defined” error since last night after closing the game. the the error pops up every time I open the app, making it impossible to play or access my UID. My username is dueydash and my OVR is 125. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, including switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, using different phones, and testing a guest account. The error follows my account to other devices, but a guest account works fine on the other phone. Please check my account data to fix this. Thank you. 

i’m using an iPhone 11 Pro 256 GB that has been updated to the latest software. The FC Mobile app itself has also been updated to the latest software.
