I have exactly the same issue. I have 2 u tradables of 113 Yashin, of which one I'd like to exchange. It doesn't work. It says it needs to be team A. What is team A than?
I also have a tradable one, Rivaldo 112, that is also not working. For if one would wonder if that is required.
Hope someone can explain or EA can fix this bug
