Account Locked – Error Code: 0x00102710


Hello EA Support Team,
I am unable to log in to my FIFA Mobile account and I keep receiving the following message:
"Account Locked – Error Code: 0x00102710"

The message says the lock is temporary for a few hours, but it has been much longer and the account is still locked.
I kindly request a review of my account and to remove the lock, as I have not used any third-party tools or illegal modifications. I would like to get back to the game as soon as possible.

Here are my details to help you verify the account:

I have never used any hacks, exploits, or illegal tools, and I strongly reject the reason behind this comment. I demand an immediate review of my account and the removal of this wrongful ban.     I have been unable to log in to my FC Mobile account for several days.

    Every time I try to enter the game, I receive the following error:

    I already removed all external apps, reinstalled the game, changed networks, and restarted my device, but the issue still exists.

    While I was playing on Thursday my account got suspension for awhile and returned again after that got suspended for now i ask Ea .Com to solve this problem handly by themselves please hurry my Gmail is mailto:[edit: email address removed]
