my account got suspended for no reason for 90 days

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. We’re not able to review, remove, or change suspensions through the EA Forums.
If you believe the 90-day suspension was applied by mistake, you’ll need to submit an appeal. You can find the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/
Once your appeal has been submitted, you’ll need to wait for that team to complete their review and contact you with the outcome. I know that may not be the answer you were hoping for, but they’re the only team that can review the suspension and make any changes to it.
