Club tab is locked

I’m level 11 and I want to change my lineup because I just got some good players from drafts and the club tab is locked.  When I go to kickoff it just sends me back to the main menu and I don’t have any kickoff quests in the quest tab.  For kickoff it would usually freeze now it doesn’t do that anymore
