Account temporarily banned for 150 hours without no reason
Woke up today morning and found that my account had been suspended or ‘temporarily banned’ for almost a week. I signed in to ea help and i found no cases or penalty explanation. Anyone care to explain this?

If you're not seeing anything in your Penalty History, you may be signed in to the wrong EA account. Please try using a different login method and checking again to see if the page is populated then.
Once you're in the actioned account, feel free to follow these steps to create an appeal if you disagree with the account action so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you.
You can keep an eye on your case history page after creating the appeal for status updates, and the ToS team will email you when that review is complete. Thanks!
