It is with great sadness and disappointment that I report this to you。My account has no penalty record and no illegal operations, but it has been banned.I want to retrieve my account，I spent a lot of energy and money。I need you to help me find out the reason and help me recover my account.And I submitted the case twice but could not find the case record.

Cases you've submitted should appear in your 'My Cases' page on EA Help. You do need to be logged in while on the EA Help for the cases connected to your EA account to populate.
