Ads are not working
Hello EA Support. All Watch Ad buttons in FC Mobile have been grey for more than a week. I cannot watch ads in The World's Game event or anywhere else. I have cleared the cache and restarted my phone, but the problem remains. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you.

Have you tried resetting your advertising ID from your phone's settings? On Android, simply go to Settings - Privacy - Ads and look for Reset advertising ID.
