Subject: Serious Concerns Regarding FC Mobile Gameplay Fairness and Recent Update

Hello EA Sports Support Team,

I would like to express my disappointment regarding several issues that continue to affect my experience in FC Mobile, even after the recent gameplay update.

First, regarding Head-to-Head (H2H) matches: EA stated that certain gameplay issues had been fixed, particularly situations where successful tackles would result in the ball immediately bouncing back to the opponent. Unfortunately, this problem still exists exactly as before. Even when I make a clean and well-timed tackle, the ball frequently ricochets straight back to my opponent, allowing them to continue their attack. This directly contradicts the announced bug fix and creates a very frustrating gameplay experience.

My biggest concern, however, is with VS Attack mode.

My team is currently 126 OVR and contains several TOTS and UTOTS players that have been upgraded to the highest possible level. Despite this, I am regularly matched against teams around 122 OVR that do not even have comparable TOTS players. What is extremely concerning is that at the start of these matches, both teams are often shown to have almost identical distributions of Basic Chances, Good Chances, and Great Chances.

From a competitive perspective, this makes very little sense. If a player has invested significant time, resources, and effort into building a substantially stronger squad, there should be a noticeable advantage. Instead, it often feels as if the game artificially balances matches regardless of team quality.

This creates the impression that progression is being limited by hidden mechanics rather than rewarded by team building and player development. At times, it genuinely feels as though I am competing against an AI-controlled balancing system rather than a fair competitive environment.

I have invested several hundred euros into FC Mobile throughout this season. Unfortunately, many of those investments have resulted in disappointing pack outcomes, and when combined with the apparent lack of advantage from having a higher-rated squad, it raises serious concerns about the value of spending money on the game.

What is the purpose of investing in elite players, UTOTS cards, and squad improvements if the gameplay experience does not properly reflect those upgrades? Competitive modes should reward progression, team quality, and player investment—not neutralize them.

I respectfully request a detailed explanation regarding:

- The chance allocation system in VS Attack.

- How team OVR affects matchmaking and opportunities.

- Whether gameplay balancing systems are reducing the impact of stronger squads.

- Why the tackle rebound issue continues to exist despite being listed as fixed.

As a long-term player and paying customer, I expect transparency, fairness, and a competitive environment that properly rewards player progression.

Additionally, I have noticed another serious issue in VS Attack mode. Regardless of the opponent I face, the vast majority of my opportunities are consistently Basic Chances. Considering that my team is 126 OVR, contains multiple TOTS and UTOTS players, and is fully upgraded, I should be receiving significantly more Good Chances and Great Chances than I currently do.

Instead, many matches seem to provide chance distributions that do not reflect the quality of my squad at all. This creates the impression that my team's actual strength is being artificially restricted. As a result, it often feels as though I am not competing in a fair player-versus-player environment, but rather against a hidden balancing system designed to limit progression.

This situation is unacceptable. A player who has invested substantial time, effort, and money into building an elite squad should see a clear advantage on the field. When that advantage repeatedly fails to appear, it naturally raises concerns about whether progression is being intentionally slowed or controlled. The current experience is extremely frustrating and does not feel rewarding for dedicated players who have worked hard to improve their teams.

Another issue that I find highly concerning is the inconsistency in how chances appear to be distributed based on team strength.

Whenever I face an opponent whose squad is only slightly stronger than mine, my opportunities seem to decrease dramatically. I receive fewer quality chances, and the difference is immediately noticeable. However, when I face opponents whose teams are significantly weaker than mine, I often receive almost the same chance distribution that they do. In many cases, the match begins with both teams having nearly identical opportunities despite a substantial gap in OVR, player quality, and squad value.

This makes no logical sense from a competitive standpoint. If a stronger team is expected to have a disadvantage against a slightly better squad, then that same principle should also apply in the opposite direction when facing considerably weaker teams. Instead, it appears that the benefits of having a superior squad are minimized, while the penalties of facing a stronger squad are fully applied.

As a result, progression feels inconsistent and unfair. Building a stronger team should provide meaningful advantages, yet the current system often makes squad improvements feel far less impactful than they should be. This is one of the main reasons why many players begin to question whether hidden balancing mechanics are influencing match outcomes more than actual team quality.

I would also like to formally request a review of my account and gameplay data.

Based on my experience throughout this season, something does not appear to be functioning as expected. Despite having a highly upgraded 126 OVR squad with multiple TOTS and UTOTS players, the opportunities and match experiences I receive often do not seem to reflect the strength of my team.

For this reason, I would appreciate it if your team could investigate whether there are any issues affecting my account, matchmaking, chance generation, or gameplay balancing. I would like confirmation that my account is functioning correctly and that there are no technical problems impacting my competitive experience.

At this point, I am struggling to understand why my squad's quality is not consistently reflected in VS Attack matches. If everything is working as intended, I would appreciate a detailed explanation from the development team regarding how these systems operate.

As a player who has invested significant time and money into FC Mobile, I believe it is reasonable to request transparency and a thorough review of my account. My current experience has led me to question whether there is an issue affecting my account specifically, or whether there are broader gameplay balancing decisions that are preventing team improvements from having their expected impact.

I would appreciate a serious investigation and a detailed response rather than a generic automated reply.
