All the festive season events were terminated over an hour early

For weeks I have been playing the series and saving up rewards to spend naturally in the last hours. I left work early to come and organise my strategy, sold half the team to by exchangeable players and just like that there was an update and everything disappeared an hour early! 

I understand that other players face the same issue. Please resolve this by bringing back the theme or by compensating the lost rewards.
