An issue about redeeming codes

Yea, so everytime i go to the site to redeem a code it always says ea account is not linked, even though i checked and it was Linked, i tried to refresh the site then leave and join it again, The problem still exists.

Hey there and thanks for joining our forums. It’s possible you linked a different EA account in-game, which could be why it isn’t being recognised on the website.
Please try clearing your browser cache or testing in an incognito/private window. Also, double-check any other EA accounts you may have used.
