Missing Content: Star Pass Purchase Not Delivered

Hello, I purchased the Star Pass for $9.99 on March 26, 2026, through the App Store, but the content has not been credited to my account. My in-game Star Pass status still shows as "Purchase" (locked).

 

I have attached the official Apple receipt and screenshots of my in-game shop as proof. Please credit the Star Pass to my account.
 My uid 

User id removed for safety reasons.

    Thanks for reporting this issue. We cannot check your transaction details directly, but could you share some additional information that would help us look into this? 

    • your region/country
    • your device model
    • your OS version
    • whether your device is set to English or another language

    Thank you for the response. Here is the requested information regarding my missing Star Pass purchase:

    • Region/Country: Georgia
    • Device model: iPhone 13 Pro Max
    • OS version: iOS 26.4
    • Device language: Russian
    • Purchase details: Star Pass for $9.99 (Order ID: MMWHKVB4WX). The transaction was completed via the App Store, but the content has not been credited to my account.
