Appeal for Wrongful Permanent Ban – Account Was Previously Hacked
Hello EA Support Team,
I would like to appeal the permanent ban on my account.
My account was previously hacked, and at that time I had no access to it at all. After I finally managed to recover my account, I found that it had been permanently banned by EA Esports.
I believe the actions that caused this ban were done by the hacker, not by me. I have never intentionally violated any rules or engaged in activities that break EA’s Terms of Service. I only want to play FC Mobile normally and enjoy the game again.
Please review my account history and the activities that happened during the period when my account was compromised. I am ready to provide any additional information needed to verify that the suspicious actions were not done by me.
I respectfully request a manual review and hope the ban can be lifted.
