Hello there, i wanna report some problem who make me cannot top up on ea fc games, the problem start when the last day of fifa mobile exist and until now i cannot make any purchase on game, please please help me and my account, and i sent too my picture of bug and my user id

Somebody solved with clearing the cache but i don’t know how, i Tried to cancel and reinstall the app but doesnt work for me, its really sad
The store is not working! Shows a transaction error and asks to log in to the app store! Apple support indicated that the purchase request does not reach them.
I need help for real I can not purchase that’s so sad for a big company as you guys
