Auto exchanging players

So i just bought 119 ovr cucurella with 26.535 shards, and it was lagging. After that, i got 5k shards out of nowhere. After that, i did a re-log cuz it was so laggy. Then, i was about to rank it up, but it just disappeared. I think it was accidentally exchanged bcs of my bad connection. I hope i can get back my cucurella. My id is [Mod edit - removed UID, never post account details, keep it safe] btw, pls fix this EA 🙏

    These are typically irreversible actions. You can try raising a ticket with EA helpdesk via the in-game menu, but I wouldn't have high hopes for the reversal of the action. Good luck.

    The settings cog - > customer service ->  then goes into EA help. Make sure you chat or raise a case.
     Also, do not click options that send you back to the forums (here). Good luck.
