Ballon d’Or Cannavaro EXCHANGE issue

Hi been trying to do the exchange but my Best 112 card ain’t showing up don’t think it’s a untradeable card issue since I am able to submit a packed untradeable Shevchenko see images. He’s not in my team and I’m able to submit him in other exchanges. Proof in the images. Idk what the issue is, but it’s a little annoying, pls fix, thanks in advance
