Ban for hours😐

My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for hours." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspens...

I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account?

You can't remove it yourself, but our Terms of Service team can overturn bans if their investigation reveals that no rules were broken and the ban was applied mistakenly.

If you feel there's been a mix-up with your ban/suspension, you can send in a ban appeal to our Terms of Service team, and they'll take a look into it for you. Here's how:

Open the webform.

Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.

Select Submit.

Then select Email us.

Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
