I completed all the task and afterwards I wasn't able to claim the card as i was not able to claim those cards because of some bug

I have already completed all club chapters but still cannot redeem my free glorious era selection, anyone know how to fix this?
I cannot claim my glorious era reward I completed whole reward section then i cannot claim the 103ovr player.
I completed my all chapters in glorious eras but I can't get the free pack

I have restart my game several times but still i can get the the pack .~ I have completed all the chapter and non of them is left on progress

Community ManagerHey 9p06vx9pmiyk, I've merged your post into this thread. Can you take a look to see if you've claimed all the portraits from each team in the event yet? If there are still some to be claimed, claim them and see if that helps. Let us know how you get on with that.
