Ban

Hi , I ban without any reason and when I go to penalty part , I'd say , you don't have any Violations, please help me to fix that. Bug

Thanks, but the problem still persists. I logged into my account in the game, but it still says in the (penalty history) section that there is no history available, but I'm now banned and it can't be fixed, and for no reason.
