Banned Account

My account was banned for 672 hours, even though I never committed any fraud. I've appealed twice, but they were both rejected. I can't see what I did wrong because my penalty history is blank. Some time ago, my internet connection was a bit weak, so I sometimes had to log in and out of the game. Perhaps this is considered cheating, I don't know. I just hope my account can be reopened so I can play normally again.
