It started when I downloaded one ui 8.0 and then specifically ONLY when I enter a match with my wifi it lags, like I have low ping yeah but the games stutters or fps lag I guess I don't know how to call it but when I switch to mobile data it's normal.
You answered your query yourself, really. It's likely your device network settings for Wifi, alternatively, it might be your modem or access points that could be throttling you. What troubleshooting have you carried out so far?

Hey I did pretty much almost everything there was for android and all phones. Though still having the same problem. I've also tried to play with a different wifi and still having the same problem, specifically only on fc mobile.
Then there has to be something with your wifi mobile settings since it started happening with ui8.
