Beckham verse exchange modification caused issue

Question

113 Beckham exchange was started with 111 Beckham + 1100 shards + 4 Magic keys.

And now it has been modified downgraded to 110 Beckham + 1100 shards + 4 Magic keys.

However...I have turned 110 Beckham into 111 Beckham and could not exchange extra 108 and 110 Beckham for 113...

This modification is suppose to fix the shards needs issue but changing the exchange criteria after launched has caused the above issue. Now I could not get 108 and 110 Beckham for exchanging 113...

I exchanged my 111 Beckham and bought Gullit for 1500 shards that’s the only thing the 111 Beckham was good for. This whole situation has completely drained my motivation to play. I waited for three weeks to earn Beckham 113, only to end up disappointed. EA just doesn’t seem to care about player effort; they only focus on finding new ways to make players spend money. Really frustrating experience.
