Black Friday Bug

I have already opened 14 packs on Black Friday. Each one costs 3000 gems. I got only 108, 107 or 106 players. And my chance getting 113 or 115 player was 28%. Please give me back my gems or give me better player. My account name Realmadrid 118 ovr.. I have been playing fc mobile since 2024
