Black friday pack error. I

I just spent 2000 fc points in black friday event on 500 and 1500 fcp pack, my pack count only went up by 5 while it should have been gone up by 15. I already had 3 count. The 500 pack has 1 limit which I already used but it's still there. All my fcpoints are gone
