i bought the star pass it shows that i spent my money but i didn't get the pass so basically i spent 10 dollars for nothing

Hi viktrik5 — if the transaction was completed only recently, please give it a bit of time as it may still be processing. Most transactions complete within 24 hours. Please restart the game and check again after a while. If the issue continues, you can find more information here:
it said that the purchase failed for some reason the last two times a bought the pass it said failed but i still got the pass now it doesn't register that i bought it
